Tentang film

A professional neighbor-a real estate raider who has obtained a share in the property-can move into any apartment with improperly executed documents. He will use every legal, yet brutal, means to obtain the remaining share of the apartment. This is precisely the kind of cold-blooded adversary the single-parent Malyutin family, living in a Stalin-era high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment in Moscow, faces. Now their life is turning into a struggle for their only home, from which their neighbor, Baev, is forcing them out.
