After the accidental death of their parents, the two sisters were left to fend for themselves. Rumors circulated in the neighborhood that they received a large amount of compensation, but the two never responded. As they grew older, they each got married. Unexpectedly, the elder sister's husband was eager for compensation, while her brother-in-law was violent and uncaring.
